Drew is currently the Associate Head of the Department of Health and Physical Education at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. An academic for for nearly 30 years, he has worked at tertiary institutions in Canada, UK, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. Married to Luxine, they have four children: Amy (student at University of Auckland), Ryan, Emily and Vanessa (attending Renaissance College in Hong Kong).
